rabaji Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and references to any gender include all genders.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between this English-language document and any translation thereof, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Headings used in this document are for navigational convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any clause.

By accessing the rabaji platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the rabaji platform.

These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and rabaji with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

rabaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active rabaji account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exception whatsoever.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or agent of rabaji, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless rabaji has granted written permission in advance.
• You are not a professional sports participant (player, coach, referee, or official) registered with any league or tournament for which rabaji offers betting markets, where applicable regulations prohibit such betting.
• You have not been self-excluded from the rabaji platform or any other gambling platform through a formal self-exclusion programme, or if you have previously self-excluded from rabaji, your exclusion period has fully expired and has not been renewed.
• All information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment method details — is accurate, truthful, current, and complete.

rabaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of your account pending verification, and may result in permanent closure.

If rabaji discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending wagers will be voided, any winnings will be forfeited, and the original deposit amount will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification. rabaji takes its obligations with respect to the protection of minors extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry in this regard.

To access the full range of rabaji services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a secure password. You must also confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account on the rabaji platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a variation of your identity, or a false identity — is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed upon discovery, and any balances held in those accounts will be forfeited. The primary account may also be subject to review.

Account Security: You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify rabaji immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any compromise of your login credentials, or any other security incident affecting your account. rabaji cannot be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account Accuracy: You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your registered mobile number changes, your residential address changes, or any other account detail becomes inaccurate, you must update your profile promptly. Providing false information, failing to update inaccurate information, or using another person's identity to register or verify your account constitutes fraud and will result in immediate and permanent account closure.

KYC Verification: rabaji may, at any time and for any reason, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may involve submitting scanned copies or photographs of your national ID card, passport, utility bill or bank statement (for address verification), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete. rabaji reserves the right to close unverified accounts after a reasonable notification period.

All financial transactions on the rabaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). rabaji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, cryptocurrencies, gift cards, vouchers, or any other non-standard payment instrument. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name.

Accepted Payment Methods: rabaji currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (bank transfer), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa (debit/credit card), and Mastercard (debit/credit card). Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount on rabaji is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by rabaji, although individual payment providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may impose their own transaction limits under their respective terms of service.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your rabaji account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on interbank processing times. rabaji does not guarantee specific deposit processing times as these depend in part on third-party payment infrastructure.

Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed by rabaji's payments team. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day in most cases. Processing times may be longer during peak periods such as BPL cricket finals or T20 World Cup events, or where enhanced verification is required. rabaji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the full wagering requirement attached to any bonus funds currently active in your account. Withdrawal requests that include unwagered bonus funds will be declined until wagering requirements are met. Furthermore, a minimum of one (1) real-money wager must have been placed using deposited funds before a withdrawal of the deposited amount is permitted.

Fraudulent Transactions: Any deposit found to be funded by stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment instrument will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all associated funds, and reporting to relevant authorities. rabaji cooperates fully with financial institutions and law enforcement in the investigation of payment fraud.

Dormant Account Fee: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months and carries a positive balance will be classified as dormant. rabaji reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence.

rabaji offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms set out here and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded on the rabaji platform carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute to meeting them are specified in each promotion's individual terms.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion terms. rabaji reserves the right to deny bonus eligibility to any player at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other conduct inconsistent with good faith participation.

One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus can be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus's wagering requirements remain outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements that exceed the stated expiry date will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Free bets that result in a win will typically return the net profit only (i.e., the stake equivalent is not returned alongside the winnings). Specific free bet terms will state the exact return structure.
• rabaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retrospectively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day, Independence Day, BPL season, and major ICC events — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of each promotion.

All games and betting markets offered on the rabaji platform are governed by individual game and sport-specific rules, which are accessible from within each game or betting market interface. These rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific game or market rules shall take precedence for matters directly relating to that game or market outcome.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on rabaji — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC international fixtures, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other markets — are subject to rabaji's sportsbook rules. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being accepted and confirmed. Once a bet slip has been confirmed and a unique bet reference number issued, the odds and stake are locked in for the duration of the event.

Live In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuation and may be suspended or closed at any time without notice due to the dynamic nature of live events. rabaji cannot guarantee that live markets will remain open for the full duration of any event. Bets placed moments before a live market suspension are subject to review, and rabaji reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of the relevant action was already known, in cases where system latency caused a delay in market closure.

Casino Games: All casino games available on rabaji — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, live blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics provided by internationally audited game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The outcome of each game round is independent and cannot be influenced by prior rounds or by any external party, including rabaji.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering. Stake limits may vary by game provider, game type, and player account status. rabaji reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

Malfunction Voids All Pays: In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, communication error, or any other system error that affects the delivery or outcome of a game round or bet, rabaji reserves the right to void the affected game round or wager and return the stake to the player's account. No liability arises from a technical malfunction, and rabaji's decision in relation to voided rounds is final.

Prohibited Strategies: The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, data scraping tools, arbitrage strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the intended mechanics of any game or betting market is strictly prohibited. rabaji employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited strategies, and accounts identified as engaging in such activity will be suspended pending investigation.

Either you or rabaji may close your account at any time. If you wish to close your account, you may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be assessed. If you have an outstanding balance in your account at the time of closure, you may request withdrawal of the funds subject to the applicable withdrawal conditions set out in Section 5 above.

Voluntary Self-Exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gambling for personal or responsible gaming reasons, rabaji offers a formal self-exclusion facility. You may self-exclude for a period of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before they expire. Involuntary Suspension or Closure by rabaji: rabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited betting strategies.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a regulatory directive or court order requiring account suspension or closure.
• Any conduct that rabaji, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games offered.

Where an account is suspended or closed by rabaji due to suspected fraud or breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be frozen pending investigation. Where fraud or a material breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited. In all other cases of involuntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to identity verification.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rabaji shall not be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from account suspension or closure in accordance with these Terms. rabaji's total liability to any player for any direct losses shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
